We're a fast-growing, design-led kitchen brand that went from $6,000 to over 1 million dollars on Amazon, and now we're building a small-but-mighty team to take it to the next level.

What we make: hands-on cooking kits that teach a classic technique from somewhere in the world. Chinese soup dumplings. Hand-pulled noodles. French tarts. Wood-smoked barbecue. Every kit ships with the real tools, the ingredients, and instructions good enough that a first-timer nails it.

What it's like here: you work directly with the founder. Decisions happen in a conversation, not a committee. You'll see the products you source land in real kitchens within months. We pay in USD, on time, twice a month, and every product you launch puts a bonus in your pocket on top of base pay.

## WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

We’re a seven-figure Amazon brand and you’ll work directly with me, the founder and product designer.

The loop you’ll run, over and over:

- Give initial feedback on the product design mock-up
- Find and vet factories (mostly China: Alibaba, 1688, and beyond).
- Negotiate price, MOQ, and terms.
- Manage samples and revisions until the product is right.
- Work towards favorable unit economics with freight quotes, HTS research, and calculating FBA shipping costs.
- Coordinate with our inventory manager for the initial PO and see the product through to check-in at our US warehouse.
- Measure the variance between the actual landed cost and your estimates

## COMPENSATION

- **$1,850 / month** base = $22,200 / year
- **+ $1,000 bonus for every product that launches = +$15,000 +**

A launch means the product has passed clear unit economic goals, is ordered, and is checked into our US warehouse or FBA. 15 launches in your first 90 days means $15,000 in bonuses on top of base. Last year I launched 4 products, on my own.
