We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented English–Russian Translator to join our remote freelance translation team. The successful candidate will translate written content accurately while maintaining the original meaning, tone, terminology and formatting of each document.

This is a flexible opportunity suitable for both experienced translators and qualified beginners looking to build professional translation experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate documents accurately between English and Russian.
- Proofread and edit translated materials for grammar, spelling and consistency.
- Maintain the original meaning, tone and formatting of source documents.
- Research unfamiliar terminology when necessary.
- Handle confidential client information professionally.
- Meet agreed deadlines and communicate promptly regarding project progress.
- Review completed translations before submission.

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken Russian and English.
- Strong understanding of grammar, spelling and sentence structure in both languages.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Previous translation experience is preferred but not essential for suitable applicants.
- Familiarity with translation tools such as CAT tools, Microsoft Word or PDF editing software is an advantage.
