Requirements:
Experience in Ad/Affiliate Networks, DSP/SSP, Ad Exchange is a must;
At least 6 months experience as Support Manager;
Intermediate English or higher;
Readiness to work through night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Quality customers support online (chats);
Communication with technical department and managers;
Solving problems and providing feedback to partners;
Work with specialized chats and forums.
