Travel agent is required to join our team remotely
Estimated date to begin: 10.01.2022
Place: from home (fully remote)
Working hours: 9:00-17:30 CET (30 minute break)
Main responsibilities:
- helping clients with their reservations in chat, by email or phone in English
- working in Galileo and Amadeus
- adding ancillaries, doing refunds, ticket reissues
Required skills:
- 2+ years hands-on experience in Galileo or Amadeus
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy to details
- Willingness to learn
