Our international team based in Prague is looking for a back-end developer who objectively finds the best solutions, knows how to explain his or her decision and stands by it, a person who is proud of their work and realise its outcome, but mainly a colleague without of fear of admitting mistake and is not afraid of transparency within team.

.NET Core -> 2.1+ (preferred .NET 5.0+)
1noSQL and 1 SQL database
RESTful api design
Entity framework
Docker
Dependency injection
Azure

Welcomed skills:

Kubernetes
Microsoft Orleans
GCP/AWS
Ravendb/Redis


We use modern framework nest.js and servers are run on GCP, it would be cool if you'd have some experience, but no worries if you don't, we can teach you.
Your new teammates are coming from different countries, so the main communication language is English. Thus, the good English communication skills are needed.

We are smaller company cruising through 4th year on the job market, that means you can still jump on fresh environment and have a decent say on influencing aspects of our community. One of the reason were increasing amount of people is because projects we've done in the past has grown and more projects are coming in thanks to good references. We don't want to say no to interesting projects, so thats part of the reason why we need you.

Hiring process:

If you feel like our values somehow match, show us your work you stand by. It could be CV / portfolio / code example, basically anything you think will put both sides on mutual curiosity. Thats when we schedule our first initial call / meeting that will be mainly focused on our human values and asking each other questions that should help for mutual understanding if there is a good fit.
Next phase is a second call / meeting that will be more technically focused with our own FE developer
Third phase is a matter of agreeing on fair working and financial conditions
