We re a team of highly passionate developers, designers, product managers, marketers, and customer success managers united by a single goal create an easy-to-use app which adapts to all needs of a project manager and significantly simplifies routine to make a user a way more productive in whatever they do. We strive to make Planyway the best in the world of planning tools! The support manager will help us move towards this goal faster. Daily meetings and close work with the team, Product Manager and Product Owner will help you adapt quickly and get onboarded. Join the team if you are enthusiastic about contributing to our goal:)

Things to do:

• answer to incoming requests from customers with care:)
• identify customer needs and help customers use our products
• analyze and report to the product team
• follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

What we expect from your skills and experience:

• upper-Intermediate+ level of English (fluent enough to hold the demos)
• work experience in Customer Support for 2+ years
• excellent communication skills
• strong teamwork skills
• keep attention to detail
• multitasking abilities
• love helping people

Nice to Have:

• experience in SaaS Customer Success Management or Accounting
