MyFlowers is a new and innovative company providing high quality flowers and a unique delivery service. We currently have the opening for a Customer Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Consulting potential/existing customers on company's services through email, chat, social media and over the phone (no cold calls)
Manage order flow using CRM
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationship
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or above
English - Advanced (C1/C2)
Work experience in customer service (at least 1 year) preferably in an international company
Be ready to work overtime (paid) in hot season
Have stable Internet connection
Conditions:
Full-time, remote work
Work schedule: 2/2 from 12:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Moscow time
Paid vacation (28 days), sick leave
Fixed salary (60K RUB) net
A probation period of 1 month (paid)
