Today, we are on the hunt for an awesome HR Generalist to come aboard our team. Could that be you?

The main responsibilities for this position include:

• Arrange the recruitment process: 4/5 vacancies per month;
• Post job ads on social media channels and relevant job boards;
• Evaluate CVs, cover letters, and job applications;
• Perform interviews and evaluate the candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience;
• Be a point of contact between the candidate and managers during the selection process;
• Prepare reports on the recruitment process;
• Analyze labor market (vacancies, salary expectations);
• Facilitate onboarding process, new hire orientations and trainings;
• Work on HR projects: training, onboarding, KPI, intercom;
• Form the attractiveness of the HR brand;
• Develop, improve and maintain the corporate culture of the company.

The requirements for this position are:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment;
• Bachelor s degree in human resources management or a relevant field is an advantage;
• Knowledge of English-Upper-intermediate;
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and communication skills;
• Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews and HR projects.
