We're currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter for our international projects to join our HR Team and take our international business expansion to new heights.
As a Senior Recruiter at Kokoc Group, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment that rewards initiative, creativity, and teamwork.

Your tasks will be:
- Conduct end-to-end recruiting for our open positions across diverse regions (Russia, India, Indonesia, Spain, Eastern Europe, etc.);
- Recruit for various types and levels of professionals (digital marketing, product, C-level, etc);
- Collaborate closely with our HR team and hiring managers to ensure alignment;
- Manage our HR databases and assets, keeping them current and organized;
- Identify and initiate relationships with the best sources of candidates, including external agencies, recruiters, job boards, and networking sites;
- Develop relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs.
What we expect from you:
- English: С1-С2 level, other languages will be a huge plus;
- Desire to grow in recruiting and learn every day;
