We are now searching for a technical support specialist (moderator) for our hyper-casual game communities for the night shifts.

Our ideal mate:
• Active on the international game communities on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter
• Worked with an international audience
• Good command in written English
• Active user of social networks

Tasks to be solved:

• Moderate the communities of RedPill studio projects games
• Maintain various activities to engage the audience
• Communicate with community members, maintain a positive atmosphere, and work with negativity
• Solve user technical issues with the help of the team
• Give user feedback to the team
• Interact with the moderation team and Community Manager
