Current team: AI researcher, Python developer, ML engineer, PM, head of engineering.
Требования:
A graduate degree in IT;
Finance background is required to know how to work and manipulate financial data;
4+ years of experience in a similar role;
Experience with AI/ML algorithm R&D;
Hands-on experience with AI modeling tools and software, like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, etc.;
Having programming skills in languages such as Python (and relevant libraries such as pandas, numpy) or R;
Fluent English.
What Makes You Stand Out:
Knowledge and experience with AI/ML algorithm development and dataset generation;
Familiar with NLP, neural networks, DL or ML algorithms;
Familiar with large-scale model training;
Experience with Docker, AWS services. Good to have experience with: Lambda, S3, EC2;
Familiarity with the digital asset/cryptocurrency industry and related data sources;
Finance background is required to know how to work and manipulate financial data;
Solid understanding of AI and machine learning principles and practical experience in implementing AI models and algorithm.
Условия:
Remote work;
Salary for remote contract is: ±5000 euro;
Options for tokens and shares of the company, annual bonuses, assistance in relocation to Germany after 6 months of work and significant contribution to the project;
Обязанности:
Lead AI/ML algorithm R&D work-group;
Designing and implementing data models that facilitate efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis;
Creating visually appealing and informative reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making;
Working closely with engineers, product owners and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide the necessary data infrastructure and tools.
