We are looking for a Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist. This role leverages the strengths of both Social Media Management (SMM) and Sales Development Representative (SDR) skills and responsibilities.

Must-have requirements:

• english level B2 and above;

• master in Google Sheets and Excel;

• superb attention to detail;

• analytical skills;

• high level of proactivity and responsibility;

• copywriting skills, ability to create compelling and relevant content;

• experience working with graphic editors such as Figma and Photoshop at a basic level;

• strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships online.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting and sharing engaging content on social platforms to build brand awareness and nurture relationships with potential leads;

• Using social media platforms like linkedin to engage with potential leads through comments, direct messages, and other social interactions to understand their needs and build long-term relationships;

• Initiating conversations with potential clients through channels like linkedin and email. Following up prospects to move them through the sales pipeline, handling objections, leads qualification.

• Monitoring social media and sales performance metrics to understand what strategies are working, where improvements can be made, and how social media activities are contributing to sales goals;

• Working closely with both marketing and sales departments to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns and sales objectives. Reporting statistics and sharing insights from social interactions that can inform content creation, marketing strategies, and sales approaches.

Note: this role is full-time and fully remote.
