Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen our international project launched in 2019. You will play a key role in strong business relationships with suppliers, improving guides' experience on the platform, and implementing positive metric changes based on analytical research. This role requires close collaboration with partners in Europe.
Main responsibilities:
Conduct supplier negotiations and manage an onboarding process
Assess potential growth of the project
Analyze and improve activity and supplier metrics
Collaborate with the content team, assigning tasks as needed
Work closely with the product team, testing hypotheses and implementing changes
Conduct competitor research and keep track of travel industry trends
Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in English (Advanced level); as primary suppliers are English speakers
Flexible and business-oriented mindset
Experience in marketing research and competitive analysis
