Required:

• English (Advanced, excellent written and spoken level of communication)
• Experience in IT company (1-3 years)

Desired:

• Experience in customer support/integrations manager position or similar.

Responsibilities :

• Set up integrations with partners using our internal set of tools
• Provide second-level support for our existing integrations
• Establish strong business and technical relationships with our clients and partners
• Keep an eye on the stability of the system
• Create internal documentation and knowledge base for our clients

Our job in the Integrations team combines a set of different soft skills.

• As a part of the process, you will have to study a lot of documentation in different languages. You need to be able to understand the requirements, pay attention to details and articulate questions for the unclear parts. Be capable of doing your own research while looking for solutions.

• Our work doesn t require software developer skills, but it certainly requires strong logic and deduction while you investigate complex cases.
  Good memory is also a must-have. You have a lot of knowledge to consume!

• Be ready for professional written and spoken communication with mostly non-native English speakers. We use English for all communication in our CRM and task trackers.

• Since we work with clients and partners, you should understand that you are representing the company. We expect you to be thoughtful, friendly and empathetic, because we care for our clients.

• We expect you to be proactive and own the task that you ve been given. This means that you are self-aware of where you are and where you are going next, and you can clearly explain this.

• Focus on quality. We strive to get things done in the best way possible. We feel responsible for the result of our work.

• Our work includes a lot of multi-tasking. To reduce possible stress, we have created a very detailed documentation for all complex processes. We also have a standard for a very detailed tracking for all tasks that we work on. We expect you to follow this pattern too.
