Job Description:
The primary focus of this role is to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for VIP players while upholding the casino's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:
Establishing operational protocols with VIP players across multiple brands.
Maintaining communication with VIP players to secure their loyalty to our brands.
Cultivating relationships with top-tier players.
Devising and executing strategies to elevate the VIP gaming experience, tailoring offerings to individual preferences and needs.
Collaborating with various departments to coordinate exclusive events, promotions, and personalized services for VIP players.
Requesting and analyzing reports on VIP players to achieve predefined Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Drafting communication scripts for engaging with VIP players.
Soliciting bonuses and contributing innovative ideas to refine existing processes, including sales, reactivation, and customer retention strategies.
Engaging with high-stakes players: identifying, establishing regular communication, and compiling progress reports on the interaction.


Essential Professional Experience:
Previous experience in managing VIP players.
Proficiency in English at B2 - С1 level, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the TR1 casino markets.
Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment.
A sales-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets.
Tech-savviness with the ability to quickly adapt to and navigate various software applications.
A positive attitude, empathy, and a sincere desire to assist VIP players in their journey on our platform.
