Our cutting-edge AI technology and our web-based artificial intelligence allow dental practitioners and oral surgeons to achieve more predictable treatment outcomes, and improve case acceptance and clinical efficiency. Today, our flagship products are used in dental practices, dental labs, and dental support organizations in most of the European and Middle Eastern countries and North America.
We are looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to head our international support team.
What you will need to do:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the Technical Support team, including international coordination (6 tech support specialists based in different locations and time zones - CIS, EU, North America);
- Managing employees in the provision of services;
- Setting objectives and targets for the teams, monitoring performance and carrying out performance reviews;
- Performance assessments;
- Identifying training needs and defining training requirements;
- Professional and personal employees development;
- Development of a concept for the standardization of global technical support structures;
- Initiating and leading processes improvements projects;
- Cross-departmental collaboration, including initiating and proactive implementation of new projects that will improve Customer satisfaction with other departments;
Our ideal candidate has:
- High education degree in technical science;
- Professional experience in a comparable position (3+ years with proven track record of successful team leading);
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across a wide variety of internal and external roles, from technical contributors to senior management;
- Excellent customer service, management and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English , other languages are a plus;
- High degree of assertiveness and initiative, strong goal orientation and ability to work under pressure;

- Work schedule is 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time (Saturday and Sunday are days off). Fully remote work format;
