We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Department Director to lead our sales efforts. This strategic leadership role will play a crucial part in improving the quality of communications with our clients.

Realiste AI Business Model:

Customers are organically attracted to the platform. After registering their phone number, users gain free access to our platform, fully equipped with real estate listings and analytical tools. Our support service helps users select properties and facilitates transactions. After completing a transaction, real estate sellers pay a commission to Realiste.

The company was founded in the UAE and is currently expanding into new markets. The platform already has real estate data from over 110 cities worldwide, and this number is set to increase rapidly in the near future!

Your Department's Tasks:

We are currently in search of a manager to oversee a department responsible for handling the process from initial application receipt to the first client meeting with our investment experts. This crucial stage encompasses client activation, company sales, and expert sales. Communication channels utilized include both telephone and messaging platforms. Presently, the department consists of 10-12 specialists. Proficiency in both Russian and English is mandatory for this position.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the high quality of client communications.
  2. Recruit and onboard employees who possess an appealing voice and excellent communication skills.
  3. Improve the communication quality of our sales department by testing different approaches and strategies.
  4. Execute the department's plan effectively, facilitating the transfer of the targeted number of clients to our experts while closely collaborating with the CRM marketing department.

Additionally, you will oversee the placement of orders in the performance marketing and PR department, ensuring both the quantity and quality of incoming inquiries.

Required Skills:
  1. Knowledge of investment tools and key terms, including ROI, IRR, Cash-on-cash return, and others;

  2. High level of communication skills. Written and oral;

  3. Significant experience in sales, Experience in selling financial products is welcome ;

  4. Experience in management of sales departments;

  5. Experience dealing with transactions over $500k is welcome.
