Responsibilities
Implement an effective system for the search, valuation and recruitment of personnel;
Developing the core process to ensure sustainable growth and development;
Development of the company's corporate culture, implementation of programs for adaptation; training, development and prevention of undesirable staff outflow;
Carrying out investigations in response to employee complaints;
Dealing with organisational administrative duties such as payroll administration, employee benefits, and leave requirements;
Advising leadership members on new hires and terminations;
Qualifications
Work experience in HR departments, companies belonging to the IT sector or companies with a developed IT function for at least 4 years;
Proven successful experience in the field of search, selection, hiring and adaptation of IT personnel;
Experience building processes from scratch;
Professional and personal interest in the Fintech, Forex, Gaming, IT, Internet, Digital industries;
A high degree of personal self-organization;
English C1;
