Our partner, an international company in the Igaming industry, invites an HR assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Information search in open sources, data systematization.
- Documentation management for onboarding.
- HR block management in corporate CRM.
- Analytics on vacancies and candidates.
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR processes.
- Preparation of presentations on HR topics.
- Preparation of reports on HR projects, data analysis.
- Participation in HR department project activities.
Required skills and experience:
- Relevant experience as an HR assistant or personnel manager preferred.
- Literacy, high proficiency in Russian language, both written and spoken.
- High level of proficiency in PC, Microsoft Office, Excel.
- High level of presentation preparation skills.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Internal organization and high degree of personal responsibility.
- Experience with Trello, Slack/Discord, AI tools preferred.
- Understanding of personnel records management (not a specific task, but a general understanding of the process is required).
