We a looking for a Customer Support Officer for a Fintech company, which creates and promotes IT solutions. Their products are used by more than 250,000 customers all over the world.
Only candidates with Russian Federation work permit are allowed
The main Duties are:
- Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
- Organizing and coordinating client support workflow for maximum efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with procedures and policies
- Identifying training needs and strengthening the performance of the team to meet KPIs
- Processing of incoming requests
Few words about you :
- At least one-year relevant experience in Customer Support Team (Fintech or related sector)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to process incoming requests from several communication channels
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Stress resistance and sociability
Stack:
CRM / JIRA / Confluence / Helpdesk / MT4-5
