For a big part of our client-facing communications and activities we use the Hubspot CRM and are looking for a specialist able to support and refine the current setup as well as find new ways to make working with Hubspot as easy and effective as possible for everyone on the team.

You will:

• support, refine and improve the current CRM setup;

• handle user management - adding/removing users, changing roles, permissions and system access to different segments of the CRM system;

• automate business and service processes using workflows;

• provide support and instructions for other departments who work with the CRM;

• implement best practices for data management and quality;

• manage HubSpot integrations, internal lists, data imports/exports, and other tasks;

• manage list segmentation, ensure quality assurance and clean lists regularly.

It s a match if you:

• speak English fluently (at least Upper-intermediate level);

• have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;

• have a very keen eye for detail;

• are careful and focused;

• are comfortable jumping right in and handling tasks as needed, asking clarifying questions and learning new skills and processes.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in administration of any CRM
