We are looking for an Operations Manager with strong problem solving and project management skills to join our team and manage end to end various key projects.

The Operations Manager will closely collaborate with C-level and key members of the executive team implementing strategies, procedures and business plans to achieve operational results and drive company growth. Lead the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

This is a fully remote job with flexible working hours.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising the company's daily operations across different departments; building, maintaining and improving internal processes.

• Facilitation of meetings, planning, reviews.

• Monitoring the timing and quality of task execution within departments.

• Handling budgeting for projects; monitoring invoices, payments handling procedures, accounting and bank/payment processes.

• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors and service providers.

• Leading quality-focused initiatives for product and delivery excellence, with a focus on backlog prioritization driven by business needs.

• Processing tasks from the product manager, decomposing and planning their implementation.

• Formulating internal policies and procedures to promote the company culture and vision.

• Create and drive an organizational vision, operational strategy, and discover hiring needs.

• Supervising human resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and offboarding.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience working in Operations management, Project management or related roles.

• Extensive experience of planning and delivering projects in the tech field.

• Experience in managing a team from at least 10 people.

• Good knowledge of English (from B2 and above), ability to fluently speak and communicate with vendors and partners.

• Experience in the proxy and data field will be a plus.

• Proactive mindset.

• Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills.

• Strong critical thinker and problem solver.

• Experience working with dashboards.
