Proficiency in business English at a high level, both spoken and written, and knowledge of a more language is welcomed.
Experience in IT product companies.
3+ years of experience in Account/Customer Success Management.
Experience in working with international customers.
Desire to build a long-term and strong partnership with clients.
Customer-centric and result-oriented person.
High level of responsibility.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions.
A supporter of the win-win approach.
It will be a plus: Knowledge of the spheres of proxies and data scraping. Responsibilities:
Maintains regular communication with customer and addresses needs through empathy with their environment.
Influences the IT strategy of the client by proposing new or alternative solutions and balancing effectiveness and efficiency.
Build strategy plans for collaboration with clients.
Conducting regular strategic meetings with clients.
Conducting regular feedback sessions with clients and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Working with CRM.
Upsales to clients.
Helping every client to get the best results while working with the platform, analyzing their needs based on profiles (business specifics, roles, goals, and expectations) and research.
Assistance in the smooth flow of the client's campaigns and selection of the most effective products based on information about customer s goals and objectives.
Consulting clients on new products and services, promotions, and special offers.
Development of long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
Doing constant health checks on your client base, and timely identification of the objections and problems clients might face while using the platform.
Growing customers LTV, customer churn reduction.
Managing client's data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged.
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
