We at Infatica are looking for an Account/Customer Success manager to help us work with our current clients and help them be more successful with our products. Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in business English at a high level, both spoken and written, and knowledge of a more language is welcomed.
  • Experience in IT product companies.
  • 3+ years of experience in Account/Customer Success Management.
  • Experience in working with international customers.
  • Desire to build a long-term and strong partnership with clients.
  • Customer-centric and result-oriented person.
  • High level of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions.
  • A supporter of the win-win approach.
It will be a plus: Knowledge of the spheres of proxies and data scraping. Responsibilities:
  • Maintains regular communication with customer and addresses needs through empathy with their environment.
  • Influences the IT strategy of the client by proposing new or alternative solutions and balancing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Build strategy plans for collaboration with clients.
  • Conducting regular strategic meetings with clients.
  • Conducting regular feedback sessions with clients and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Working with CRM.
  • Upsales to clients.
  • Helping every client to get the best results while working with the platform, analyzing their needs based on profiles (business specifics, roles, goals, and expectations) and research.
  • Assistance in the smooth flow of the client's campaigns and selection of the most effective products based on information about customer s goals and objectives.
  • Consulting clients on new products and services, promotions, and special offers.
  • Development of long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
  • Doing constant health checks on your client base, and timely identification of the objections and problems clients might face while using the platform.
  • Growing customers LTV, customer churn reduction.
  • Managing client's data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
