We are a global cleantech company producing and operating innovative solutions for plastic and aluminium recycling - Reverse Vending Machines. We are creating a global infrastructure that eliminates cause of plastic and aluminum pollution: collecting bottles and cans for recycling before they become waste, hence becoming an essential part of circular economy. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way within the Global division (EMEA, APAC, SEA, LATAM, Africa);
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations;
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives of global operations;
  • Build relationships with global vendors and waste management companies to define terms, overseeing the collection process, and ensuring quality control of operations;
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency;
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices;
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability;
  • Manage budgets and forecasts;
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs;
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff;
  • Direct report to the Head of Operations at Ecoplatform.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role of managing operations on an international scale;
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management;
  • Understanding of international business practices and regulations;
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting;
  • Strong knowledge of P&L
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Leadership ability;
  • Outstanding organizational skills;
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related field;
  • Remote work
