Our team of professionals in licensing and animation works every day to create unique and entertaining experiences and to expose original animated brands across the world. Thanks to its strong media presence, record-breaking YouTube performance, and a focused Social Media effort, our company has brought its flagship series Masha and the Bear to over 150 countries and made the cartoon the most popular among preschoolers worldwide.

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Manager (Selling & Promoting) to help us grow and improve our accounts at video platforms, and to successfully monetize them. Currently we have over 40 YouTube channels, 7 of them being holders of Diamond buttons, and we are eager to experiment and discover new approaches to video content promotion, to achieve great success at all our video platforms.

The role of Digital Advertising Manager

  • Selling (80% of time) :
    • Develop and execute a detailed business plan to monetise the brand's video channels through selling advertising space / advertising opportunities, holding cross-promo campaigns,
    • Find potential advertisers (marketing agencies, bloggers, influencers, relevant video channels, etc.), negotiate, prepare commercial offers, monitor the document flow and payments,
  • Promoting (15% of time) :
    • Analyse current states of the brand s video channels and accounts,
    • Develop and propose strategies to promote the brand s video channels and accounts,
    • Set digital advertising campaigns,
    • Analyse opportunities for internal digital promotion campaigns and hold them,
  • Other (5%) :
    • Measure and analyse the results of work, provide reports,
    • Consult the team on digital advertising and closely cooperate with them to promote the brand s pages on the platforms.

Requirements for the role

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in media selling, digital advertising, or media buying,
  • A demonstrable track record of commercial success and revenue growth,
  • Bachelor s degree in sales management, marketing, advertising, or relevant field,
  • Experience in video channel promotion,
  • Upper-intermediate level of English,
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Excel,
  • Persuasive skills,
  • Strong negotiation skills and communication skills, ability to work in a team.
