Marketing Manager (blockchain project, remote)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a digital transformation (DX) company specializing in RWA tokenization, the first 100% physical gold-backed RWA tokenization project in Korea, issuing gold NFTs and tokens linked to physical gold.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for gold-backed RWA tokenization projects.
- Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Conduct market research on blockchain and digital asset trends.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the blockchain industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in English and Russian is required. Korean language will be an advantage.
