We re seeking a skilled and experienced Project Implementation Manager with a robust IT and Project Management background. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess a proven track record of successfully delivering implementation projects to external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of projects for our international clients, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.

• Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, duration, and risks.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to mitigate delays.

• Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement strategies to minimize project risks and uncertainties.

• Apply established Project Implementation methodologies.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements and industry standards.

• Report projects status, risks, and milestones to the Head of the Implementation Department.

• Participate in strategic discussions to contribute insights and ideas that drive the company's growth and success.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English;

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant position;

• Strong background in IT;

• Deep understanding of Project Management methodologies, techniques, and best practices;

• Excellent knowledge of MS Project, You track or any other ticket/request-management systems;

• Excellent knowledge of Jira or any other task-management systems;

• Excellent knowledge of task-management of any other Knowledge base;

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills;

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Computer Vision projects;

• Experience with CPG/FMCG clients;

• Basic knowledge of DataBases (MSSQL, MySQL);

• Basic knowledge of not rational Databases (MongoDB);

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python), API integration, Dashboards (Grafana, Superset, etc);

• Basic knowledge of BI and data-cubes (Tableau, Superset, PBI, etc).
