Many more unique book and non-book projects are on the way, and we are actively seeking talent !

We are currently opening a search for an Operations Manager for a project.

This position is remote (you can work from anywhere in the world) and offers the opportunity to participate in the most interesting and exciting project.

Responsibilities:

• Direct reporting to top management;
• Managing the project's general meeting calendar;
• Preparing and maintaining reports;
• Supervising the work of contractors, performers, and services;
• Researching information, establishing initial contacts and agreements with partners;
• Monitoring task deadlines;
• Maintaining CRM and task management systems;
• Preparing reports and managing sprints;
• Summarizing call notes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager/Coordinator;
• Soft skills guru with a high energy level! VERY IMPORTANT
• Experience with Shopify, Asana, and Notion;
• Systematic approach, knowledge of work systems (task managers, calendar management);
• High level of spoken English;
• Experience in E-commerce is a benefit
