We are a global algo trading company fully dedicated to technology. Our brilliant team comprises 100+ individuals scattered across the globe. Seventy percent of our team members are technical specialists, encompassing development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics, while the rest comprise business units, including operations, legal, finance, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 3+ years in a Project Manager or Team Manager role.
• Technical education/technical background
• Work experience in a financial institution with an active trading presence
• Understanding of market structure, regulations, and current opportunities
• Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Experience with instrument specifications (understands concepts such as price step, quantity step, lot size, position value, and margin requirements).
• Practical project manager tools (task trackers, Gantt chart tools, BI)
• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.

• Expert in PMBOK / PRINCE
• Expert in JIRA / Confluence
