Who we are looking for :
We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our team as a strategic partner. Your role will not only focus on attracting top talent but also on advising our team on labor market trends, managing job postings, and optimizing hiring processes through best practices in candidate assessment.

Key requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency/consulting);
• Ability to manage 4+ open positions simultaneously;
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, specialized recruiting CRM systems);
• Experience working directly with hiring managers;
• Strong ability to handle large volumes of information;
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, initiative, and a results-driven approach;
• Ability to provide guidance on labor market trends, hiring processes, and candidate assessment techniques;
• Solid verbal and written communication skills;
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher (ability to understand, write clearly, and the desire to improve language skills).

  Key responsibilities :

• Managing the full recruitment cycle for open IT positions;
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategies, and providing market insights for IT talent;
• Contributing to projects aimed at improving recruitment processes (automation, introduction of new sourcing and evaluation methods);
• Supporting initiatives to enhance the company s employer brand in the IT sector.
