Adxstars is an international marketing agency that has successfully established over 10,000 partnerships with more than 3,000 influencers globally and has collaborated with over 50 brands since 2017. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and manage relationships within the influencer marketing field.

In this role, you will identify business opportunities, develop partnerships, and maintain long-term client relationships. The role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and aligned with client goals. This position is well-suited for someone with a background in sales or marketing who understands social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients that can benefit from influencer marketing services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and deliver presentations to convince potential clients to work with the agency.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential markets for expansion.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the agency while meeting client needs

Requirements:

- Proven ability to sell services, close deals, and negotiate contracts.
- Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies and spot new opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in influencer marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong spoken English for effective communication.
