Best Online Insurance Company in The Middle East 2023! We are Qatar Insurance Company (QIC), the leading insurance provider in Qatar with a history dating back to 1964. Our vision is to make QIC Group become the first Digital Ecosystem in the MENA region by combining insurance and non-insurance services in one super-app.

We are looking for C&B partner who will be responsible for managing and optimizing employee benefits programs, overseeing global mobility operations including relocation support, and providing financial analysis with a strong focus on data and business intelligence.

Terms:

  • Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
  • We are diverse our digital nomads work remotely from 20 different countries
  • Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
  • Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
  • Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs, marriage leave and extra-day-offs
  • Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
  • Remote-first approach you can work from anywhere
  • Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Compensation & Benefits in IT company;
  • Experience in designing Key Employee Retention Programs (LTI);
  • Expertise in employee benefits, global mobility, and financial data analysis, ensuring that our compensation and benefits strategies are competitive and aligned with the company s overall objectives;
  • Experience in the assessment of company positions (grading);
  • Practice in changing the Performance management process and block remuneration, implementing changes and subsequently maintaining them up to date;
  • Experience working with distributed teams will be a plus, as the ideal candidate will need to effectively integrate these areas and provide comprehensive support to our global workforce.
