Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Web3 Growth Hacker with a strong network to drive explosive growth for our platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our user base, increasing engagement, and maximizing user acquisition through innovative growth strategies. (Support remote working)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies focused on Telegram bot and mini program adoption.
2. Leverage your extensive network in to identify and partner with influencers （KOLs）, communities, and media outlets to amplify our brand and reach.
3. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
4. Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization to continuously improve growth metrics.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user onboarding, retention, and monetization.
6. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth success.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 trends and technologies.
Requirements:
1. A proven track record in driving user growth in the CIS region is a must.
2. Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrencies.
3. Extensive network within the CIS crypto community (KOLs and projects welcome).
4. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
5. Experience with growth hacking methodologies and tools.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluency in English and Russian.
8. Candidates with existing CIS region KOLs preferred.

1. Experience with viral marketing campaigns.
2. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
3. Experience with paid advertising channels.
