Head of CRM or Sales

High bonuses and growth opportunities, with the potential to grow into a Head of Sales role in an international, remote Sales Operations position.

The platform offers over 3,000 crypto assets. Our mission is to help people learn about the future and earn on cutting-edge assets. Due to the growing crypto asset market, we are expanding our sales department and looking for an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring quality control and discipline in the CRM
  • Lead distribution
  • Coordinating hiring and onboarding
  • Process automation
  • Managing communication channels, including live Telegram accounts, WhatsApp, PBX phone calls, LinkedIn, and email automation

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience in CRM management and no-code tools
  • Experience with Python or Power BI (PBI) is a plus
  • Proven track record of achievements (e.g., high GPA, participation in Olympiads, or strong sales results)
  • Ability to work hard and thrive under pressure (50-60 hours per week)
  • Advanced English skills for communication with an international team
