Greetings ! My name is Pavel Kaminsky , an entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience. I am an information security specialist, certified by major international organizations (PCI SSC, ISC2, ISACA, EC-Council). I help fintech companies in Europe and the USA to develop secure payment processing systems.

I am a mentor in the VISA Innovation , Level39 , Startupbootcamp , Fintech Hive , and others programs, a member of the advisory board and jury of MPE Berlin, as well as a regular lecturer at various conferences on fintech and IT security. I work with startups every day, helping them find flexible technological solutions that match their growth aspirations.

In 2018 , he founded Seven Security Group , an information security consulting company in the field of payments . The main office is located in Vienna (Austria), there are also offices in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Kiev (Ukraine). Our goal is to help Fintech companies create secure and cost effective payment processing systems to ensure their stable growth.

I am involved in the administrative work of the company and as it grows, the tasks become more and more. In this regard, a competition is being opened for the position of a Business assistant with knowledge of English (Remotely)

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organization of the manager's working day ( calendar maintenance, reminders of meetings and calls, task completion control);
  • Collection, analysis and structuring of necessary information, preparation of analytical, informational, reference and other reports ;
  • Participation in the regular management of the company;
  • Organization of various project tasks, events, meetings , trips;
  • Social Media Management; Search and communication with contractors;
  • Management and support of various projects;
  • Execution of business orders of the head;
  • Communication in the company in English ;

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a business assistant for at least 1 year ;
  • Managerial skills, healthy perfectionism, leadership qualities;
  • Knowledge of English at the B2 level (fluency in everyday language, desire to improve and clean up the accent);
  • Advanced PC User, MS office, Google Docs;
  • Decency, responsibility , friendliness, honesty, openness, literacy ;
  • The skill of solving non-standard tasks, flexibility, ingenuity, broad horizons;
  • The desire to develop and master new skills;

Conditions:

  • Remote work format;
  • High wages (salary of 1000 + bonuses ). Payment is strictly on a non-Russian bank card or in cryptocurrency ;
  • Work schedule 5/2 from 9.00 to 18.00;
  • Strong support during the learning and adaptation period;
  • Working with a business owner with many years of experience , the opportunity to study business processes;
  • Relocation to Europe is possible if desired and with good results;
