We are committed to exceeding our clients' expectations and are therefore looking for a talented and motivated Relationship Manager .
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves strategic account management, identifying growth opportunities, working with warm leads , and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions;
- Nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded;
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients, driving revenue growth;
- Provide regular reports on key account metrics, performance, and growth opportunities.
Desired skills and experience:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, sales, or customer service;
- Advanced English level (written and verbal);
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
