We are looking for a talented Community Manager to help us take our vibrant community to the next level!

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Manage and grow our community across Discord and Intercom, fostering an environment where members feel engaged, supported, and valued.

Content Creation: Develop engaging content to share with our community that drives interaction, educates traders, and promotes MyFundedCapital s unique offerings.

Moderation: Ensure the community remains a positive and productive space by moderating discussions, handling disputes, and enforcing community guidelines.

Event Coordination: Plan and execute virtual events, challenges, and activities to keep the community engaged and attract new members.

Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of our community, gathering feedback from members and working with internal teams to improve our products and services.

Analytics: Monitor and report on community growth metrics and engagement levels, using data to identify opportunities to enhance our community strategies.

Innovation: Propose and implement new strategies to increase member participation and satisfaction across all community channels.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the prop trading or finance industry.

Language Skills: Strong command of English (B2-C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to fluently communicate and create content in English is essential.

Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Discord, Intercom, and other community management tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues in real-time, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Creative Mindset: Passion for creating unique and engaging experiences that drive community loyalty and growth.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and use it to guide decision-making processes to continuously optimize community performance.

Passion for Trading: A genuine interest or experience in trading or prop trading will be highly valued.
