Polonium Arts specializes in developing complex, high-load client-server applications for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, as well as occasionally engaging in web development.
We implement advanced payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and provide comprehensive solutions for secure payment processing.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: processing, alternative payment methods, banking services, and crypto-processing.
For our P2P platform, we are looking for a Head of Sales. We handle over 1,000,000 transactions per month for our clients worldwide.
The company's goal is to ensure payment acceptance from Japan to Chile in less than 1 minute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team, setting clear goals and providing support to achieve them.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-risk industries (payments, gambling, P2P, iGaming).
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and potential customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to refine sales tactics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Drive company growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the high-risk payments, gambling, iGaming, or P2P sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in these industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience with international markets is a plus.
