Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager focused on international markets, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while using our software. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and Product Team to deliver exceptional service and drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers in international markets, understanding their needs and objectives.

  • Onboard new clients, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Gather customer feedback and work closely with product and marketing teams to improve product offerings and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in an international context.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT

  • Experience in HR-tech or recruitment is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
