As a Sales/Customer Success Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and driving product adoption. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximizing the value they receive from our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome new customers to RapiDev, providing them with comprehensive training on our platform and features.
Conducting negotiations, presenting the company's products and services.
Development and implementation of sales strategy to achieve set goals.
Search and attraction of new clients. Build strong relationships with our customers, acting as their primary point of contact for support, guidance, and feedback.
The ability to recognize and resolve conflict situations.
Identify opportunities to increase product usage and adoption, proactively recommending new features and solutions to customers.
Gather customer feedback and share it with the product team.
Track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Summary: you must be a true supporter and friend to our customers.
Qualifications:
Native-level written and verbal communication skills in English are essential (C1-C2).
Experience living in the United States. A deep understanding of the American market and culture.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a focus on customer success or account management.
Strong relationship building skills.
Analytical skills.
Problem-solving skills.
