Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: from searching and selecting candidates to onboarding.
• Searching for candidates for key positions in the iGaming / Betting industry.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates professional and personal qualities.
• Collaborating with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs.
• Developing and implementing candidate search strategies in international markets.
• Maintaining a candidate database and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at all stages of recruitment.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Middle / Senior Recruiter for at least 3 years.

• Mandatory experience in iGaming / Betting and understanding of arbitration specifics.

• Experience working with EU markets.

• High level of responsibility and self-organization.

• Proactivity and strong communication skills.

• English language proficiency Upper-Intermediate or higher.
