As our projects continue to expand, we are looking for an Operational Country Manager to drive growth and scale our new business direction.
What You ll Do
- Manage operations in one or two geographical regions (geos).
- Oversee daily monitoring of product performance, financial metrics, CRM, call center operations, and other key business functions.
- Report directly to the Lead Country Manager .
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the Local Testing Manager .
- Lead the launch of new geos under different brands.
- Support and assist customer service teams, VIP specialists, and other departments in market-related operations.
- Conduct in-depth research on local markets and industry trends , adapting strategies accordingly.
What We re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the target country/region and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills .
- Strong people management and leadership abilities .
- International experience (living or working abroad) is an advantage.
- High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity .
- Extensive experience in the gaming industry .
- Experience in Affiliate partnerships is desirable.

- Russian Advanced
- English Advanced
