-Enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth interaction with the platform;

Who We Are Looking For?
-Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate;
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to find solutions for clients;
-Ability to work under multitasking conditions, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively;
-Willingness to understand the technical aspects of website operations;
-English proficiency at Intermediate level or above.
