Job Opening: Business Process & Marketing Manager for a Home Service Company

About the Company

United HVAC and Plumbing is a fast-growing home services company specializing in plumbing and HVAC. We are scaling our business, automating processes, and strengthening our marketing efforts.

Who We Are Looking For

We need a systematic and analytical manager who can:

Analyze business processes, identify weaknesses, and propose solutions.

Implement CRM and task management systems, organizing and structuring data.

Manage subcontractors: find, evaluate, assign tasks, and ensure execution.

Optimize team operations by structuring workflows and processes.

Oversee marketing efforts by managing marketers, analyzing results, and ensuring the effectiveness of advertising and digital campaigns.

Make quick decisions, proactively finding solutions instead of waiting for instructions .

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and digitize existing business processes.

Implement and configure CRM systems to automate operations.

Organize and monitor subcontractor performance.

Ensure task completion, deadlines, and KPI tracking.

Maintain efficient administrative operations.

Oversee marketing efforts:

Manage digital advertising (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Coordinate marketers and external agencies.

Optimize ad campaigns and analyze performance.

Track lead generation and manage data analytics.

Work Schedule:

Fully remote position, working during California daytime hours (nighttime in Moscow).

Compensation:

Negotiable based on experience, aligned with market rates for professionals in IT, marketing, oil & gas, and logistics in Russia .
