I m looking for a Lead Recruiter who will be a key player in our team, helping us scale hiring, improve processes, and increase recruitment efficiency .

Who are we looking for?

An experienced recruiter with 5+ years in recruitment (preferably in IT or Sales).
Someone who can work independently and make decisions .
A professional who builds strong relationships with hiring managers .
An expert who understands the market and knows how to attract top talent .
A partner who doesn t just fill positions but analyzes, suggests improvements, and influences hiring processes .
