Your Role:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager who will manage inbound warm B2B leads generated through our website and Calendly appointments, ensuring their successful onboarding and integration with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound warm B2B leads, clearly articulating the value proposition of our platform
Efficiently manage and track leads in our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates
Guide leads through the sales pipeline to successful platform integration
Identify client needs and propose tailored integration solutions
Collaborate closely with our product and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Proactively use provided tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify additional opportunities. Expand and nurture the client base
Specific Tasks:
Provide product demonstrations and onboarding guidance
Proactively address and resolve any challenges during the sales and integration process
Who You Are:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or related industries)
Fluent English speaker with strong communication and negotiation skills
Experienced CRM user, comfortable managing multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously
Proactive, highly organized, and goal-oriented individual
Familiarity with LinkedIn tools for lead generation and networking
