We are looking for a strong customer support specialist for Studybay project, a website providing educational services worldwide (remote).
Experience and skills:
- Excellent fluent English, both oral and written is a must;
- Exceptional speaking skills. Candidates with British accent will have an advantage;
- A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer support or a similar position;
- Cool, calm and collected - ready to make outbound calls and take inbound calls;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work without supervision;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Action-oriented, positive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties on the website;
- Provide customer support via multiple communication channels, including online chat, email and telephone.
- Gather feedback for the tech team.
- Work with the CRM software.
- Manage accounts for both clients and writers.
