We re looking for someone who can take ownership of our affiliate growth in LATAM. Not just maintain what is there, but actively build and scale it.

If you understand performance marketing, know how traffic actually works in the region, and can build real partnerships instead of just sending bulk messages keep reading.

What you ll be responsible for:

- Finding and onboarding new affiliates across LATAM media buyers, influencers, webmasters, tipsters, Telegram/WhatsApp group owners, whoever is driving quality traffic

- Negotiating and structuring deals (CPA, Hybrid, RevShare) that are sustainable and scalable

- Setting up and monitoring tracking: links, promo codes, postbacks, making sure data is accurate

- Monitoring performance daily: clicks, registrations, FTDs, deposits, NGR, ROI and understanding what is behind the numbers

- Optimizing campaigns with partners: offers, creatives, landing pages, promos pushing for stronger conversion and better LTV

- Identifying and stopping low-quality or fraudulent traffic early

- Staying aligned with local regulations and internal compliance standards

- Keeping relationships active: regular communication, performance reviews, reactivating strong partners who slowed down

What matters to us:

- 1 3+ years of experience in affiliate management or performance marketing. iGaming or betting is a strong plus, but solid results in other verticals also count

- Real understanding of where LATAM traffic comes from right now Meta, Google, TikTok, SEO, influencers, Telegram, WhatsApp. Not just theory

- Confidence with analytics and tracking tools. Experience with S2S or postbacks is a big advantage

- Fluent Spanish for working with partners. English (or Russian) for internal communication

- Organized and proactive. You follow up, manage your pipeline properly, and don t need constant supervision

- Commercial mindset. You focus on revenue, deposits, and long-term partner value, not just short-term spikes

- Salary payments twice a month : on the 15th and on the last day of each month ;
