Who we are

Qualtir is a SaaS company building apps and extensions for Google Workspace and Chrome: GPT Workspace, TeleClaw (Telegram AI bot), TasksBoard, and others. We have 15M+ users across 180+ countries. We are a remote-first, with our HQ in Switzerland.

Why we need this person

We need someone who can build our organic growth from the ground up: content, programmatic pages, and growth loops that perform in traditional search and in AI search alike. Not a tag tweaker, an Organic Growth Engineer.

What you will do:

SEO as a system:

- Build and scale programmatic pages, blogs, and landing pages that don't just drive traffic, but convert it into installs and subscriptions

-Write content, optimize for AI search, and turn data into growth loops

-Build automations that generate and distribute content

-Scrape intent signals, enrich data, and find warm leads

Must-haves:

- Proven experience in technical and content SEO, with real case studies showing measurable traffic growth in numbers

- Understanding of GEO / AI search optimization. We need someone who has already experimented with it

- Programmatic SEO and content automation: you've built pipelines rather than writing articles one by one

- Data handling: scraping, enrichment, and basic analytics

- Fluent English. It's our only working language

Nice-to-haves:

- Personal projects: mini-tools, websites, bots, side hustles

- Basic coding skills

- Experience with Google Workspace Marketplace, Chrome Web Store, and the Google distribution ecosystem

- Experience in product-led SaaS

- Focus on outcomes, not process for the sake of process

Compensation: $50 USD/hour, plus bonuses tied to growth.
