A company specialized in short-term rental management in Vancouver is looking for a Customer Support Specialist. In the past year, we have been maintaining more than 100 units and have had over 4000 guests.
Job description:
We provide 24/7 Guest Support online and over the phone. You will be in communication with the guests during your 8-hour shift, responding to the inquiries, coordinating with the Cleaning Team, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all inquiries, consultations, and bookings
- Control check-in, check-out, key exchanges
- Provide information, 24/7 guest assistance (within your shift)
- Create listing descriptions and guests' instructions as needed
- Follow the instructions of the supervisor
- Work closely with the Cleaning Team and Handyman
Requirements:
- MUST: Excellent level of writing and speaking English
- Creative writing skills
- The doer personality
- Loads of empathy, patience, and a positive approach
- Analytical mindset
Preferable:
- Bachelor or equivalent in Linguistics, Education
- Experience working in the travel business
- Experience working with Airbnb
- Experience working remotely
